The manufactoring factory of BÚTORG is able to manufacture corpus furnitures produced of panel components and installations made of solid wood. Both the technical facilities and the expert skill of employees guarantee the high standard
of quality and productivity. The processing machines of last generation are present from size cutting of raw material up to the packaging of the end product, indicating the owners’ commitment for the continuous development. At the workshop in Piliscsév the cutting is carried out by gerendás táblafelosztóval, and they are able for edgebanding by modern machinary applying foils, pvc, veneer or even solid wood. The reproducible components made of solid wood and/or veneer with exact sizes are produced in a driller-miller center controlled by CNC. The ratio of the veneered products is higher and higher at the orders.
This is the reason of the presence of the gluer??? of veneer edges in the workshop as well as a highly equipped contact polishing machine which is crucial at the preparation of surface treatment.
